Wondering where your order is? Here's how to follow it.
1. Check your email
Once your order ships, usually within 1-3 business days, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder too.
2. View your order status
Your order confirmation email includes a "View your order" link that shows your order status and tracking anytime. You can also sign in to your account to see your orders.
3. Delivery timing
US delivery typically takes 7-12 business days after your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to update after you get the email, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.
